7 Easy Way To Keep Fit and Maintain A Healthy Lifestyle

One of the things humans can't and will not place a price tag on is "HEALTH" and we all know, "HEALTH IS WEALTH."

Basically it's only when we are healthy we can accomplish the goals we've set out for ourselves, do the things we love, accumulate and analyze things properly and also, look good always.

Looking good goes beyond having the right curves, wearing the latest trends from renowned designers... I personally feel for one to look good/feel good then self confidence has a big role to play and what better way to feel this way than to be in a good health and shape.

In today's post, I've lined up seven important factors that can enable you achieve a healthy lifestyle and also boost self confidence inevitably.

1.  Eat Healthy Foods

This right here can not be over emphasized.

Foods that contain vegetables, iron and vitamins nourish our body. Some persons make it a habit of eating a particular food on a daily which is not healthy. Learning to switch up your food menu once in a while is fundamental.
2.  Make Fibre Your Friend

"Multiple studies have shown that fiber is correlated to weight loss as well as weight maintenance," says Jennifer Vimbor, M.S., R.D., founder of Nutrition Counseling Services in Chicago.

Fiber passes through your system undigested, so your body has to work harder and longer to move it out, which helps rev your metabolism and give you a feeling of fullness. Aim to eat at least 25 grams of fiber a day: beans, whole grains, fruits and vegetables.

3.  Eat when necessary and know what you eat.

If you're looking to stay in shape and you're a glutton there's a 75% chance that you will get bigger and even fatter. Unnecessary eating and consumption of plenty food is not good for anyone. It's not a crime to eat a little.
A snack or two a day won't hurt too but know when to do so.

4.  Do Not Drink Sugar

Unsurprisingly, those who take beverages and drinks filled with sugar have a higher risk of obesity and a chance of incurring diabetes. In as much as sugar is needed in our body, going over board on it is detrimental to the body.

5.  Have a work out routine

Yeah I know, working out is stressful and consumes time but it'll help you stay fit. If you're a 9 - 5 worker then you can go for a run in wee hours of the day and it'll automatically help you start your day even better. Going for a run enables me think better and also I burn a lot of calories... It's more like a me time where my brain is still fresh.

You can incorporate other work out routines to help bring out the right curves.. Like squats, mountain climb, skipping, boxing (helps tone the arms), etc.

6.  Rest and Sleep

If you're following all the above measures and you barely have time to rest and sleep, you'll surely end up falling sick. If you over work your self and you eventually fall sick, your business will suffer (i.e) if you own one or you might even be replaced at your place of work. So, when nature calls do make sure you respond!

7.  Do The Things That Make You Happy

Happiness tends to bring out the glow in every human. You look fresh when you're happy. Whatever it is that makes you smile, keeps you going, won't be dangerous to your health and people around you then you do it. It could be surfing the net, reading, trying out new things...,whatever it is, just keep doing it.
