I've been worried about so many things of late. Starting up a business, getting capital to start the business and ensuring it grows... Paying off my college school fees and growing in life generally. I thought about so ways to get my capital... Selling my phone, my wrist watches or probably working till I save up for it. Unfortunately, having sourced for a job and not succeeding I decided to opt for option two..."selling my properties!". It wasn't an easy thing to do.. I'm still having a hard time getting used to the fact I have to let go of them... but I believe "only a fool will take a loan to start a business rather than selling things he can still acquire in the future" Taking a bold step, I decided to sell off my phone... The older you get, the more you find out more about yourself and that thing which keeps you going and happy. For me, it's clothing!!  I've been keeping busy with learning new skill because, I believe a knowledge gotten is never of waste. I decided to learn how to make dresses, skirts, trousers and whatever is related to sewing and designing. I used to assume that sewing was so easy.. I saw my mom take measurements of clients and she'd practically manage not to disappoint any of them. Looking at her attend to people and still manage her other business and workers, I felt it was something cinch.. Having gone through a little of what she used to encounter, I now have a change of thought. It's actually quite hard. Do you know that for evey measurement and cloth your tailor makes for you, there's always mathematics involved. I literally didn't know about this till I made my first piece.
